Daniela started her professional career when she was 21 years old in French fine dining, but her love of cooking started when she was 15 years old. She has worked in bars, restaurants, shops and cafes in her native Argentina. She owned a food truck in Colombia, and during Covid, she started her own burger delivery business too. She currently works at the Colombian café, Piragua, in Toronto, continuing her love for Latin American food and expanding her creativity and skills.
