Diana Patricia Arizala is a renowned Colombian chef who arrived in Canada in 2007. With determination, she began studying English and culinary art at the Red River Culinary Art College in Winnipeg and found a valuable job opportunity at the Ponny Corral company where she achieved professional success. In 2014, Diana’s path took her to Toronto, where she immersed herself in the city’s bustling culinary scene and decided to follow her dreams and establish her own restaurant, “Esto es Colombia”, in 2016. Since then, she has been delighting diners with the best of Colombian cuisine, sharing the richness of flavors

and traditions of their homeland with the Canadian community. She is the winner of awards such as Latin flavor in 2019 and gastronomic excellence in 2024.
