Lily Guillen has been making Bolivian style “salteñas,” that country’s take on the iconic empanada, since she can remember. A caterer and entrepreneur, her “Salteñas Lilly” are known in the community as being some of the finest – always hand made with detail and care. This is her second time competing with us in this category – she took home the grand prize in 2022!
