Chef Maria Fernanda began her kitchen career when she was 21 years of age. She gained experience working in the kitchens of prestigious hotels in Bogota, in catering companies and teaching the art of culinary skills for various companies. Currently residing in Toronto, she now works for Piragua and is completing her foundation in pastry and baking diploma so that she may be able to consult in the food service industry in the future.
