Born and raised in Huaral, Peru, Sully’s passion for food was cultivated as her life revolved around the vibrant market where her family’s restaurant fed the hungry masses. Coming from a lineage of skilled cooks and restaurant proprietors passing down generations of culinary expertise and learning the intricacies of flavor and technique, she was able to master traditional Peruvian recipes. Sully’s upbringing alongside her inspiration of her family’s legacy fueled the desire to share the flavors of her homeland with the world. KechuA became more than just a restaurant, it became a culinary sanctuary, a place where every bite tells a story of tradition and heritage. Through her dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence, KechuA stands as a testament to Sully’s journey fueled by love, passion, and a deep-rooted connection to the culinary heritage of Peru.
