Mary Luz Mejia  culinary curator for the Panamerican Food and Music Festival  will take for a taste of some of the Pan America’s finest cacao beans turned into fine craft chocolate by Canadian bean-to-bar makers.   Mary Luz is Canada’s first IICCT Level III Chocolate Taster.

Diana Patricia Arizala is a renowned Colombian chef who arrived in Canada in 2007. Diana’s path took her to Toronto, where she immersed herself in the city’s bustling culinary scene and decided to follow her dream. She established her restaurant, “Esto es Colombia”.  Since then, she has been delighting diners with the best of Colombian cuisine, sharing the richness of flavours and traditions of her homeland.
